As many of you know, I transitioned my psychotherapy practice to a virtual only practice and for the last 18 months it has been going extremely well. I am just a click away verses the hectic commute and it is easy to see me from your office, home, deck or in one case a teen-ager saw me while sitting on her roof outside of her bedroom window. The opportunities and settings are unlimited. Yes, I am still taking new clients of all sorts and have continued to pursue my workshops and spirituality interests. My love for the labyrinth has grown strong and I continue to find joy in introducing people to the labyrinth’s wonderful energy of healing and the value of it as a meditation practice. I have yet to find a format where those of you who wish to keep up with me can and those of you who do not wish to receive my emails, don’t have too. I am working on that. In the meantime, my most consistent contact for new workshops, books, and helpful health tips for a full and emotionally healthy life are on http://www.facebook.com/inamomentsnotice.
Writing: I now have four books to help you navigate your life. Two books for Cancer patients. My original, In a Moment’s Notice: A Psychologist’s Journey with Breast Cancer and the newest in paper back and on I Books, Breast Cancer A-Z Mindful Practices. Also released from Balboa Press, Writing Your Way to Healing and Wholeness: Simple Exercises to Explore Your Past and Change Your Future.
This small E-Book is an ancient story of The Miller’s Daughter which I have turned into a journal with questions, insights, and suggestions on how to cope when your hands have been cut off and you have been abandoned. All four books can be purchased at Amazon.com. Or Breast Cancer A-Z Mindful Practices can be downloaded on I Books.
